工作職責

  • 根據公司要求,協助經理去安排員工於適當的工作區域工作
  • 提升銷售機會,推動並實現銷售計劃,從而達到店舖銷售目標
  • 處理貨品陳列並留意店舖存貨,定時向經理反映貨存情況
  • 向顧客提供難忘的優質服務經驗
  • 根據公司的指引確保貨場陳列整齊並確保擺放的貨品整齊美觀,從而提高銷售額
  • 向顧客服務員提供培訓,並留意同事的工作情況,進行即時的反饋
  • 觀察店舖所遇到的問題,提供有效的解決方法及執行

工作要求

  • 中五程度,兩年或以上零售工作經驗
  • 良好顧客服務及溝通技巧,個性積極主動
  • 需輪班工作
  • 工作地點:香港/九龍/新界

工作時間

  • 5天工作,可放星期六/日
  • 每天工作約8.5小時

Job Description

  • Co-ordinates people resource and activity to ensure right people in the right place to deliver the sales plan
  • Organises resource to ensure optimum stock levels for opening and throughout the trading day
  • Organises resource to deliver corporate layout, seasonal launches and floor plan implementation
  • Co-ordinates resource across key departments and service areas to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provides feedback to individuals, helping to improve the customer shopping experience
  • Assists coaching and upskilling the Sales Advisors in view of product knowledge, services and operation standard
  • Responsible for store opening and closing

Job Requirement

  • F.5 level, minimum 2 years’ experience in retail industry
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills with proactive personality
  • Shift duty is required
  • Working location : HK Island/ Kowloon/ New Territories

Work Pattern

  • 5-day work, able to have weekends off occasionally
  • 8.5 hours per day
