Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties e.g. greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, handling mail , handling office stationery effectively and courier packages.
  • Responsible in daily office administrative and clerical work including data entry, documents filing, etc.
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • 3 year of relevant administrator or receptionist work experience; Relevant experience in Beauty or Retail institution would be an advantage
  • Good in MS Words, Excel, Chinese and Chinese processing
  • Independent, organized, self-motivated and with positive working attitude
  • Immediate availability is an advantage

Working location: Tsuen Wan
